Experience Canmore’s newest fine dining destination, The Sensory, where you’ll discover stunning mountain vistas and regional cuisine, highlighting foraged ingredients from the Bow Valley. Enjoy wine pairings and the $49 trust me 3-course meal. Nominated by Air Canada’s longlist for the 2019 edition of Canada’s Best New Restaurants.

In the Wit Bar you can enjoy comfort food, over 20 unique wines by the glass from the award winning wine list. In house Signature Crafted Cocktails including Zero Proof Mocktails & beers on tap. Also join us for our $12 lunch menu Monday to Friday 12-4pm.

  • House-Made Bread with cultured butter
  • Soup of the Moment
  • Salad with lemon and wild boar bacon fat, confit wild mushrooms, lichen, with smoked garlic cream and crostini
  • Pork Belly brined & sous vide, local honey spice agrodolce, pickled apple, salted pecan
  • Scallops with beet infused savoury brioche bread pudding
  • Octopus with lima bean cassoulet, house freeze dried sausage, fermented chili
  • Tatar beef tenderloin, gherkin, cold pressed canola oil, preserved garlic scape aioli, kettle chips

Try The Hunt: a 7 course tasting menu for a full sensory experience, or the “Trust Me” menu: a surprise 3-course meal available with wine pairing.


  • Lamb Sirloin: mushroom tea braised lamb with potato pave & black trumpet bordelaise
  • Beef Tenderloin: wild boar bacon wrapped tenderloin, preserved saskatoon berry demi-glace & duchesse potato
  • Ribeye: 8oz ribeye with bone marrow souffle & perigueux
  • Chicken Supreme: house merguez stuffed chicken supreme, cracked black pepper crème fettuccine, & wilted greens
  • Pike: dandelion crumb crusted pike, with smoked horseradish remoulade, & new potato
  • Mushroom Ravioli: mushroom ravioli, celeriac puree, shaved truffle & grano padano
