Sophisticated flavour is the ethos of this Canmore Indian restaurant. The large menu features both classic favourites and new creations, seamlessly blending eastern and western tastes. Every dish is prepared with authentic spices, imported by the restaurant’s owners, by chefs trained in India. There are many gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options. Green Chili also offers take-out, 10% off October through April, and delivery, free October through April with $40 purchase. Specials include midweek thali lunch combos. Buffets are offered for groups of 30 or more, but book ahead.

Atmosphere

Green Chili has a modern, vibrant red and chic grey interior. There are big windows in the front of the restaurant, wooden tables and chairs, and a sleek bar with flatscreen TVs. Indian art and jewellery adorns the walls.
