Montreal raised chef/owner Jean-François and his dedicated team create contemporary cuisine with French flair at this friendly, casual restaurant. Dishes incorporate local organic produce, fresh seafood and Alberta meats with many gluten-free items. While the fixed-price menu is popular, locals also love Jean-François’ innovative Canmore breakfast. Guests enjoy the appetizers to share and many wines by the glass.
