Quarry Bistro

Quarry Bistro and Winebar features a pretty Main Street patio and a contemporary, comfortable dining room. Owner/chef David Wyse’s cuisine is rooted in classic French and Italian Provincial style and reflects his love of local ingredients. Menus change often to feature dishes that capture the height of flavour and freshness. The international wine list shows quality and value. Kathy Richardier of the Calgary Herald says: “The people at Quarry get what service is all about.”

Open 5 pm to 10 pm for dinner; 9 am to 2:30 pm Saturday and Sunday for brunch; closed Wednesday. Mains are $14 to $34; $12 to $17 at brunch. Wines are $32 to $95 (100+ choices); $7 to $12 by the glass (20 choices); or bring-your-own-bottle ($15 corkage).
