Sophisticated flavour is the ethos of this new Canmore Indian restaurant. The large menu features both classic favourites and new creations, blending eastern and western tastes. Every dish is prepared with authentic herbs and spices by chefs trained in India. Green Chili also offers take-out and delivery. Specials include an All-You-Can-Eat Lunch Buffet (Monday to Friday, 11:30 am-2 pm) with papadum, salad, vegetables, meat and dessert.
Green Chili has a modern, vibrant red and chic grey interior. There are big windows in the front of the restaurant, wooden tables and chairs, and a sleek bar with flatscreen TVs. Indian art (including jewellery) adorns the walls.
