Montreal raised chef/owner Jean-François and his dedicated team create contemporary cuisine with French flair at this friendly, casual restaurant. Dishes incorporate local organic produce, fresh seafood and Alberta meats. There are many gluten-free items and special diet requests are welcomed. The fixed-price menu is popular; locals love Jean-François’ innovative breakfast, lunch and brunch dishes. Guests enjoy the appetizers to share and many wines by the glass.

Chez Francois is a spacious restaurant with many window-side tables, comfortable chairs and mountain views of the Rundle Range and Ha Ling Peak. There is a private dining room that is great for family events. Chez Francois has been voted #1 Breakfast Place in Canmore on TripAdvisor.
