Chef José Castillo and owner Laura Matamoros showcase the flavours of their native country. Meals are made with love from scratch with each order, and the new menu is 100% gluten-free with many vegetarian and vegan options. Aroma is a slow food Mexican restaurant. “Good food takes time. We want our guests to relax and enjoy a traditional experience,” says Laura. If you‘re looking for real Mexico City dining style (not Tex-Mex or fast food), Aroma is the perfect place. Aroma also offers daily and weekly specials.

Atmosphere & Accolades

The décor at this colourful and fun 13-table restaurant (with additional Main Street patio seating) emulates the atmosphere around a Mexican family kitchen table, perfect for sharing meals, stories and margaritas. Aroma is a previous Where Magazine Best New Restaurant award winner.
